Y ou know people were telling me you started a food blog with others recipe, true! So here I present something of my own. Obviously it is not unique and is very common in Youtube videos yet many people think its tough! I too thought before hand but now whenever milk gets shredded in my house it turns into Rosogolla :) Let me share this easy recipe with you: Rosogolla/Rasgulla Ingredients: Milk -500ml Lemon/Vinegar -1/4 th Maida or Atta - 1/2 tablespoon(for binding) Sugar - 1/2 cup Water - 1/2 a vessel A piece of dry cotton cloth . Recipe: First  of all if your milk has not got shredded then shred it with either adding lemon or vinegar and boil it well turning into Chena or paneer . Let it cool and  strain the water from it. Take a clean piece of cotton cloth add the Chena or paneer to it and folding the cloth round and round squeeze out all the water from it until it gets totally dry(squeeze it dry as much as you can else it will taste like paneer only). Hello! Everyone out there! Today I have decided to post a very unique as well as healthy breakfast recipe which you will definitely not find so easily in other cooking blogs and videos. 
Quarantine and cooking are more or less married together! You can definitely live without people around you but without food not possible! For food either you or some one else definitely needs to cook!
This time also the master chef is again my dear friend and upcoming Advocate Ritika Kurmy! So here we share Banana Cinnamon cake!

Banana Cinnamon Cake:
Ingredients:
  • Maida
  • Baking soda
  • Ripe bananas
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Sugar powder
  • Vanilla essence
  • A pinch of Salt 
  • Milk 
  • Refine oil
Procedure:
In a bowl mix maida, a pinch of baking soda, ripe bananas, cinnamon powder, sugar powder, Vanilla essence & a pinch of salt.
Make a batter pouring milk. 
Whisk continuously till the batter becomes smooth.
Grease the inside of a cake tin or any tin vessel you want to use with oil. 
Pour the batter.
Fill the cooker with water at an one fourth level, place the tin in it. 
Cook for One hour.
Banana cinnamon cake is ready! 
Take the cake out of the tin and let it cool. 
Cut and serve!
